Q. Who needs to take Busniess membership ?
A. Business membership will allow you to send personal invitations and post unlimited public invitations on ePilupu.com.
Business Membership includes:
• Ability to send an unlimited number of personal invitations
• Ability to add an unlimited number of recipients in their personal invitations
• Ability to post an unlimited number of public invitations

Q. Can I upgrade to a Business Membership?
A. Currently ePilupu.com offers three different memberships, you may register based on your needs and we allow upgrade memberships from "Personal" to "Charity" Or "Business". Please navigate to "My Profile", click "Upgrade" button and follow the instructions to upgrade to other members ship.

Q. How does Charity Membership work?
A. An e-mail will be sent to site administrator upon charity member registration; the administrator will then notify the registrant of their membership status via e-mail.
Charity Membership includes:
• Ability to send an unlimited number of personal invitations
• Ability to add an unlimited number of recipients in their personal invitations
• Member receives 2 free public invitations per year to post on ePilupu.com
• Administration will take 24-72 hours, please send the public invitation information a week ahead of the date you want it to be posted
• It will be the site administration’s decision whether to approve a charity user or to post public invitations, there will not be any further explanation in case of any service denial
• If member would like to post more than 2 public invitations per year, they would have to pay the given service fee

Q. How does Personal Membership work?
A. Personal membership is used to send personal invitations via e-mail for free. You will also be able to select available themes on ePilupu.com OR you can use a custom template to create your own design theme.
Personal Membership includes:
• Ability to send an unlimited number of personal invitations
• Ability to add an unlimited number of recipients in their personal invitations
• Member needs to pay service fee to post public invitations on ePilupu.com

Order Question
Q. What happens after I have placed my order?
A. Once you have completed the payment process though PayPal.com you will receive an e-mail with your purchase information from ePilupu.com. You can check the status of your order by logging into ePilupu.com and going to: “My Account” > “My Movies” or “My Events”.

Q. Can I cancel my Movie/Event ticket order?
A. If the supplier of the movie or event tickets has a cancellation process, ePilupu.com would allow the facility to cancel the tickets one day prior to the scheduled start time of the movie or event.

A. ePilupu.com payment process will be done via PayPal, credit or debit cards are also accepted.

User not required to have paypal account rather you can do the payment by providing credit card info at paypal site.

Q. How safe is it to give my credit card details online?
A. ePilupu.com uses the PayPal payment process, PayPal is one of the best and most secure ways to make payments online. PayPal will securely keep only necessary information related to your payment and it will not be shared with any third parties.

ePilupu.com does not retain any payment information, the cardholder’s personal information will be taken and maintained by PayPal.com.

Q. How can I place an order for movie/event tickets?
A. You can place your order at ePilupu.com by clicking on Buy Now button next to the item you wish to buy; it will then take you to the screen where you will select the number of adult / child tickets. Availability of the tickets will vary depending on the movie or event. Upon selection of tickets you will be redirected to PayPal.com to complete the payment process.

You will be able to make the payment by using your PayPal ID, credit or debit cards are also accepted.

ePilupu.com is very user friendly, but in case you have any problems during the ordering process you can reach the ePilupu administration team at orders@ePilupu.com.
